1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Flow360 ("the Service"), operated by גבר יזמות יעוץ עסקי והשקעות under the brand פתרונות פריים לדג'ר ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Flow360 is a multi-tenant order and delivery management platform provided on a subscription basis. Each business account ("Company") and its users may only access data belonging to their own Company. We may add, change, or remove features, including module availability per subscription plan, at any time.
3. Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, including courier accounts you provision. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid modules and plans are billed on a recurring (monthly or yearly) basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend or downgrade access for accounts with unpaid balances.
5. Data and content
You retain ownership of the order, customer, and delivery data you enter into the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to process your customers' and couriers' personal data through the Service.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
