1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
We collect account data (name, email, phone) for admins, employees, and couriers; order data entered by admins and employees (customer name, phone, product, delivery address); and technical data such as authentication tokens needed to operate the Service.
3. How we use data
Data is used to operate the order board, courier assignment, delivery tracking, and customer notifications. Customer phone numbers are never shown to couriers in full — only a masked version — and calls between couriers and customers route through the business's switchboard number.
4. Data isolation
Each Company's data is isolated from every other Company at the database level. Only authenticated users belonging to a Company, in the role appropriate to them (admin, employee, or courier), can access that Company's data.
5. Public tracking pages
A customer tracking link only reveals delivery status, address, and a masked courier phone number — never pricing, cost, or profit data — and requires the customer to verify their order number and phone number before any information is shown.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain data for as long as the account is active. Company admins may request deletion of their Company's data by contacting us at info@primels.co.il.
